AWWA Asha School Pathankot was established in Apr 1993 in the premises of 167 MH as a Rehabilitation Centre for Handicapped Children. The school received its initial funding from HQ Northern Command and is presently functioning under the patronage of HQ 21 Sub Area. The School was relocated to the premises of Army Public School, Pathankot on 01 July 2012. It comprises of 26 rooms which include classrooms, therapy rooms, staff room & office complex and washrooms.
Registration of Asha School Pathankot. Asha School is registered with the following agencies which is mandatory for receiving the monetary grant from the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment (MOSJE):-
(a) Register of Firms & Societies, Punjab, vide Registrar of Firm & Societies Punjab Chandigarh Ser No 505 dt 14 Jul 1998-99 and Registration No 167 has been allotted vide P.W.D under Act 1995 rules 52 Punjab Chandigarh.
